I got a call from RedRibbon Days wanting to have a private macaron class with me. Of course I agreed and that was how I meet two beautiful ladies Daphne Iking & Sherin Wong and their team of photographers. Lucky me . . . .. we played macarons.
First I showed Daphne and Sherin what to do, weight the ingredients!
Sherin had the egg white measured while Daphne burst into laughter ! wow we had a great laugh!
Daphne whisking her egg white mixture into meringue !
I showed Sherin on how to do her piping !
Sherin piping her macaron shells !
Both ladies was busy having their ready shells laced with fillings !
Look look at the cameraman he is so into the macarons! He kept eating the macarons like a beast. Who is he? He is definitely into MACARONS
Macarons by Daphne and Sherin !
Playing the macaroons with Daphne Ikings, Sherin Wong and RedRibbon Days. They did not need to fly all the way to Melbourne/France/Italy to learn how to bake em. Daphne just walk over to learn it (literally) just next door and make love shape macarons! This is to reduce carbon footprints. In lieu of World Environment Day 2011.
We got the macarons done, we played the macarons . . . . . . . I am still totally in shock with my two gorgeous students & Daphne happens to my next block neighbour, I was amazed with wonders! Sunny Yaw
